Kobato, original manga series by CLAMP will be adapted into anime 6 October 2009, which will be sooner. This series will be animated by Madhouse and will be supervised by CLAMP’s Nanase Ohkawa. The opening song of this series will be Magic Number (マジックナンバー)” by Maaya Sakamoto and the ending theme will be by Megumi Nakajima. You can find the official website here. The main character will be Kobato which is same as the series name, she is sweet, kind and perky girl, but also extremely naive about the world around her.
She never wanting to see someone suffer or get hurt, so she seeks to heal the heartaches of others, resulting in the filling up of a mysterious bottle called a “flask” with the suffering of those people’s hearts so that someday she will be able to go to a certain place that she really wants to go. However, she is clumsy, rather clueless, and rash with her actions. She can heal others, but she can never fell in love with any person whom she heals the heart of.
