Working!! is a anime adaption of Karino Takatsu manga(publish by Square Enix). You can see the short character promo here. The A-1 Pictures studio will be working on the anime adaption which will be directed by Yoshimasa Hiraike. It seems it will be release this coming April. And the story is set around a restaurant named Wagnaria. On my to-watch-list once it is released ^^
